Payment Terms

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. If you wish to cancel our services, please notify us in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made within this timeframe may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 10% of the total project cost.

In the event of a project cancellation after work has commenced, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date, including any non-recoverable expenses.

Liability and Insurance

Landscapers Dulwich carries comprehensive liability insurance to cover any damage or accidents that may occur during the provision of our services. However, we are not liable for:

Pre-existing conditions on your property.
Damage caused by forces beyond our control, such as natural disasters.
Misuse or alteration of our work by third parties after project completion.

Clients are encouraged to obtain their own insurance for high-value items or unique installations.

Customer Obligations

To ensure the successful completion of your landscaping project, clients must:
